What are the delivery times for the machine and molds?
Typical machine lead time is 60–90 days ex-works depending on configuration. Custom blow molds are usually 4–6 weeks after drawing approval. We can ship molds together with the machine to speed up start-up.
What is the warranty?
Standard warranty is 12 months from installation (or 18 months from shipment), covering core mechanical and electrical components. Extended warranty and spare-parts kits are available on request.
Can the machine handle lightweight bottles and high-rPET content?
Yes. Precise preform conditioning and stretch-ratio control support lightweight designs while keeping top-load strength. We can qualify high rPET percentages during sampling to ensure clarity, color, and cap integrity meet your standards.
