“This was our first extrusion blow molding machine purchase from China, so we were cautious at the beginning. LEKA supported us through evaluation, commissioning, and fine-tuning until the line became stable.”
Marta, Project CoordinatorKey Results
- Stable HDPE jerrycan production with 25% rHDPE.
- Optimized mold changeover time under 25 minutes.
- Lower startup risk through commissioning and remote tuning support.

From First Purchase to Stable HDPE Jerrycan Production
This customer is a European detergent packaging OEM making its first extrusion blow molding machine purchase from China. The target application was 5–25 L HDPE jerrycans, including production requirements involving 25% rHDPE.
The project moved through a careful evaluation stage, equipment confirmation, installation, and production ramp-up. Instead of simply supplying a machine, the focus was on helping the customer reach stable mass production with lower startup risk.
Final configuration included servo hydraulics, closed-loop parison control, and optimized mold changeover support. After commissioning and remote fine-tuning, the line achieved stable output with improved production efficiency.
Why This Project Worked
- Clear technical evaluation before order confirmation.
- Machine setup matched actual detergent packaging production needs.
- On-site commissioning plus remote support reduced startup risk.
- Production tuning continued until the customer reached a stable operating window.

“The new stretch-blow line was easy to run. New operators could work independently after only two days. The Spanish interface was clear, and the preform heating system helped reduce power use while keeping bottle finish glossy.”
Camila, Line OwnerKey Results
- New operators were able to run the line after short training.
- Lower preform heating energy improved cost per bottle.
- Stable glossy finish reduced visible defects and complaints.

AQUA Series Helps Launch a 500 ml Water Bottle Line Faster
This customer produces bottled water and needed a faster ramp-up before the peak sales season. Because much of the operating team speaks Spanish, easy onboarding and operator-friendly control were important requirements from the start.
They selected our AQUA series stretch blow molding machine для 500 ml PET water bottles, while keeping room to expand to larger bottle sizes later as demand increases.
By switching the HMI to Spanish and using the energy-saving preform heating system, the customer shortened operator training, improved bottle consistency, and reduced daily power consumption during production.
Why This Project Worked
- Multi-language HMI helped the team complete training more quickly.
- Energy-smart preform heating lowered operating cost per bottle.
- Stable glossy bottle finish improved final packaging quality.
- Flexible cavity options made future output expansion easier.

“Weight variation stayed within ±0.3 g, and there was no leakage after 24 hours in the inverted test. The final result exceeded expectations, and the bottle quality was a pleasant surprise.”
Raj, DubaiKey Results
- Stable 500 ml mineral water bottle production after startup.
- Consistent bottle weight and leak performance met customer expectations.
- Operators were able to run the line independently after handover.

From Remote Planning to Stable 500 ml Mineral Water Production
This mineral water project used our AQUA E5L stretch blow molding machine для 500 ml PET bottles. Before installation, both sides had never met in person, so the project depended heavily on clear communication, remote proofing, and structured process control.
From bottle photo review and heater profile discussion to remote FAT and final site handover, the full process moved from online coordination to stable production within five months. The result was a faster startup with controlled quality risk.
During validation, bottle weight variation stayed within ±0.3 g, and the bottles passed a 24-hour inverted leakage test. After a small flow-channel balance adjustment, the line ran steadily and operators could continue production independently.
Why This Project Worked
- Clear bottle data and neck finish details were confirmed before production setup.
- Remote demo, DFM notes, and training screenshots reduced communication gaps.
- Recipe ranges and QC checkpoints were agreed in advance before shipment.
- Final on-site adjustment was small because most core parameters had already been aligned remotely.
Project Process
- Month 1: Bottle photo, neck finish, gram weight, and heater profile confirmed.
- Month 2: Recipe range planning and operator training materials prepared.
- Month 3: Remote FAT completed with sample run, weighing check, and leakage test.
- Month 4–5: Shipment, site preparation, installation, final tuning, and handover completed.
Часто задаваемые вопросы
These are some of the most common questions buyers ask after reviewing similar production projects.
What information should I send for a quick case evaluation?
The most useful details include bottle photos, bottle volume, material type, target output, neck finish, wall thickness expectations, and any special requirements related to blowing, filling, capping, or labeling.
Can LEKA recommend a machine based on my bottle and output?
Yes. After reviewing your bottle type, production target, material, and line expectations, we can suggest a more suitable machine category and a practical configuration direction.
Do you support installation, training, and startup adjustment?
Yes. Depending on the project, support can include remote communication, sample proofing, process guidance, commissioning, operator training, and startup fine-tuning.
Can you handle water, detergent, oil, or other bottle applications?
Yes. LEKA’s project direction is no longer limited to a single machine type. We are gradually extending into broader bottle packaging equipment and line solutions across multiple applications.
