About LEKA Machine

Bottle Packaging Equipment Manufacturer with Blow Molding Expertise

LEKA Machine started from blow molding manufacturing and is now expanding into bottle packaging equipment and complete line solutions for global buyers.

We supply blow molding machines, filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, shrink wrapping systems, molds, and supporting equipment for practical production projects.

Since 1998 Manufacturing roots built first, then expanded for overseas delivery and project support.

Who We Are

Built on manufacturing, now focused on broader packaging solutions

LEKA Machine began with blow molding manufacturing and grew through practical factory experience. Today, we are expanding that foundation into bottle packaging equipment and complete line support for overseas buyers.

Our direction is simple: combine reliable machine manufacturing with clearer project support. That includes not only blow molding systems, but also filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, molds, and related auxiliary equipment for real production needs.

We do not position ourselves as a complicated brand story. We focus on what matters to buyers: practical equipment, workable configurations, stable delivery, and support that helps production start and keep running.

1998
Factory roots established. The business began as Shantou WALEY Plastic Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., serving the domestic market with manufacturing experience at the core.
2012
LEKA Machine launched for overseas markets. The brand was developed to support international sales, communication, and project service more directly.
Today
A broader bottle packaging equipment supplier. We continue building from blow molding expertise while moving toward more complete packaging line solutions.
Who We Work With

Built for practical buyers, not just general website traffic

LEKA works with customers who need a clearer machine direction, not only a product catalog. Some start from bottle manufacturing, some already have bottles and need downstream packaging equipment, and some are planning a wider bottle packaging project.

01

Factories Building New Capacity

This is suitable for manufacturers planning new bottle production or packaging capacity and needing help compare machine scope, output direction, and line structure.

New Projects Capacity Expansion Plant Planning
02

OEM and Contract Manufacturing Buyers

Buyers serving different brands or packaging requirements usually need flexible equipment matching around bottle type, product variation, speed, and packaging workflow.

OEM Multi-SKU Production Fit
03

Brand Owners and Packaging Teams

Some customers do not begin with machine terminology. They begin with product, bottle, pack style, or launch target. That often leads to a broader solution discussion rather than one isolated machine.

04

Distributors and Project Integrators

When the goal is to source more than one equipment category with clearer coordination, LEKA can support a more connected discussion covering blow molding, downstream machines, molds, and support equipment.

Distribution Integration Multi-Machine Scope
01 Start with product, bottle type, or output target
02 Clarify whether you need one machine or a wider line
03 Match blow molding or downstream packaging direction
04 Move into quotation or project discussion

Most projects do not start with a final machine list

That is why LEKA tries to make the discussion easier from the beginning. If you already know the machine category, you can go directly to the equipment pages. If you only know the bottle, product, or capacity target, we can still help narrow the right direction.

What We Supply

Equipment scope built around bottle production and packaging work

LEKA’s equipment range is no longer limited to blow molding alone. We are building a broader bottle packaging equipment structure so buyers can discuss both machine categories and practical project direction more clearly.

01

Blow Molding Equipment

Blow molding remains one of LEKA’s strongest manufacturing foundations. This is where our equipment understanding, factory process experience, and project communication first developed.

  • Extrusion blow molding machines for HDPE, PP, and container production projects
  • Stretch blow molding machines for PET bottle manufacturing
  • Mold support and related auxiliary equipment for better machine fit
  • Useful when bottle manufacturing is the first stage of the project
02

Bottle Packaging Equipment

We are expanding into broader bottle packaging equipment so buyers can source more of the project from one supplier and discuss machine coordination more practically.

  • Filling machines for liquid bottle packaging applications
  • Capping machines for different closure types and line speeds
  • Labeling machines and shrink wrapping systems for downstream packaging
  • Supporting conveyors, auxiliary equipment, and wider line planning discussion

From one machine inquiry to a wider line discussion

Some buyers only need one machine. Others need a broader bottle production or packaging line discussion. LEKA supports both paths, which makes the conversation more useful when the project scope is still being clarified.

Why Buyers Work With LEKA

More useful for buyers who need equipment direction, not just a quotation sheet

Buyers often need more than a machine list. They need a supplier who can understand project scope, connect equipment categories, and help turn broad production requirements into a clearer machine path.

01

A stronger base in bottle production equipment

LEKA’s background started from blow molding manufacturing, which gives us a stronger foundation when buyers begin from bottle type, material, mold needs, and production output rather than only downstream packaging.

02

Broader packaging project coverage

We are expanding beyond blow molding into filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, molds, and auxiliary equipment, which makes it easier to discuss a more connected bottle packaging project.

03

Practical machine matching around real needs

Instead of forcing every inquiry into one fixed product path, we look at bottle type, product type, target speed, and project stage so the recommendation is more useful to the buyer’s actual production plan.

04

Clearer communication from inquiry to delivery

Buyers care about more than price. They also care about inspection, coordination, startup guidance, and after-sales response. LEKA tries to keep that full process clearer from the beginning.

Why this matters for a real B2B project

In many cases, the buyer is still deciding whether the project should start from blow molding, from downstream packaging, or from a wider line discussion. That is exactly where LEKA is trying to become more useful.

  • Useful for standalone machine inquiries or broader line discussions
  • Helpful when the project involves more than one equipment category
  • Better for buyers comparing practical machine direction, not just product names
Factory, Delivery & Support

Project confidence comes from process, not only from machine photos

Buyers usually want simple proof that the supplier has the factory base, internal coordination, and practical support process needed to move a machine or packaging project forward.

01

Clarify Scope Before Delivery

We first try to make the machine scope, bottle requirements, and project expectations clearer before the order moves too far. That helps reduce mismatch later.

02

Check Equipment Before Shipment

Inspection and internal checking matter because overseas buyers care about more than a finished machine. They care about whether the delivered equipment matches the agreed direction.

03

Support Startup and Operation

Delivery is only one part of the project. Buyers may still need installation coordination, commissioning guidance, operator understanding, and follow-up support after arrival.

04

Keep the Project Communication Practical

Our goal is not to overcomplicate the process. It is to keep communication practical enough that the buyer can move from inquiry to machine selection, delivery, and production startup with fewer gaps.

Why overseas buyers care about this

For international B2B projects, the real question is not only “Can you make the machine?” but also “Can you support the full process clearly enough for the project to work?”

  • Clearer communication before production and shipment
  • More practical coordination across machine scope and delivery
  • Better support when the buyer is not local to the factory

Support does not stop at shipment

Shipment is not the end of the project. Buyers may still need startup help, spare parts coordination, and communication once the machine reaches the factory and production begins.

  • Installation and commissioning guidance
  • After-sales communication
  • Spare parts and technical follow-up
Start the Discussion

Tell LEKA what your project needs to produce

If you already know your bottle type, product, output target, or general project scope, this is the best time to start the discussion. LEKA can help you move from broad interest into a more practical machine or line direction.

  • Suitable for blow molding projects and downstream bottle packaging equipment inquiries
  • Useful for one-machine sourcing or wider bottle packaging line discussions
  • Better when you want to compare practical options instead of only browsing product names

From blow molding machines to broader bottle packaging equipment and line planning, LEKA supports a more practical path from inquiry to project discussion.
