10 Produsen Mesin Ekstrusi Tiup Cetak Terbaik 2026
Let’s be real for a second.
Buying a blow molding machine in 2026 is terrifying.
Electricity prices are jumping all over the place. Your customers are screaming for “Eco-friendly” bottles with 50% recycled plastic. And if you order a machine from Europe today, you might get it… well, maybe next year.
I’ve been in this industry for a long time. I sell these machines, but I also study them. I know who is actually innovating and who is just painting their old machines a new color.
You want to know who the players are? Here is my honest list of the top 10 extrusion blow molding manufacturers you need to watch in 2026.
Some are expensive. Some are fast. And one of them… well, I might be a little biased about number 10.
1 Kautex Maschinenbau (Germany / China)
The “Rolls Royce” that got a new engine.
If you have an unlimited budget, you look at Kautex. They are famous for their KBB electric machines. They are fast, clean, and ridiculously precise.
What’s new in 2026? After joining forces with Jwell, they have more sumber daya now. They are pushing hard on “Digital Twins” — basically simulating your botol production before you even cut the metal for the mold.[1] It’s cool tech, but you pay for it.
2 Bekum (Germany)
The “Old Faithful”.
Bekum invented the “C-Frame” structure. Why do you care? Because it means your mold closes perfectly flat every time. No leaks, no uneven bottles.
Their 8-Series is fully electric and built like a tank.[2] If you are making millions of botol sampo). and can’t afford a single hour of downtime, Bekum is a solid, albeit pricey, choice.
3 Graham Engineering (USA)
The Speed Demon.
Need to make 50,000 yogurt drinks an hour? You don’t buy a shuttle machine; you buy a “Wheel”.
Graham Engineering makes these massive rotary wheel machines. They spin around, spitting out bottles faster than you can count. They are huge, complex, and amazing for super-high volume.
4 Uniloy (USA)
The Milk Jug King.
If you live in America and buy a gallon of milk, Uniloy probably made that jug. They specialize in “reciprocating screw” technology.
It’s old-school tech, but it works brilliantly for lightweight dairy kontainer. In 2026, they are focusing heavily on upgrading old machines to be more energy-efficient.
5 Magic MP (Italy)
The Electric Pioneer.
While everyone else was still using hydraulic oil, Magic went all-electric years ago.
Their machines are super quiet and use very little power. If your factory has strict rules about oil contamination (like for medical bottles), Magic is a top contender.
6 Techne (Italy)
The Packaging Specialist.
Techne makes great machines for intricate packaging, like those fancy handle-bottles for laundry detergent.
They have really good multi-layer technology (Co-Ex), which is crucial now that everyone wants to sandwich recycled plastic in the middle of their bottles to save money.[3]
7 ST BlowMoulding (Italy/Switzerland)
The Heavy Lifter.
You don’t go to ST for small water bottles. You go to them for big industrial parts.
They are famous for “Suction Blow” technology. This is used to make those crazy twisted air ducts under the hood of your car. If you are in automotive, you know ST.
8 LEKA Machine (China / Singapore)
The Smart Alternative Check out LEKA Machines
Okay, here is the pitch.
I know I’m not Kautex. I don’t charge Kautex prices, either.
But here is what I offer that the big guys on this list often forget:
- Kecepatan: While you wait 12 months for a German machine, I can get you running in 60-90 hari.
- The “Hybrid” Sweet Spot: My TITAN yang keluar FORMA series use electric power where it counts (for precision) and hydraulic power where it’s cheaper (for clamping). It gives you 90% of the energy savings for 60% of the cost.
- PCR Ready: We design our screws specifically to handle recycled material (PCR). We know that’s the future, so we built it in as standard, not an expensive add-on.
9 Leshan (China)
The Volume Leader.
Leshan is everywhere. They are likely the biggest manufacturer by sheer number of machines sold.
They have improved a lot over the years. Their new smart machines are decent workhorses. They are a good choice if you need standard performance at a standard price.
10 Yankang (China)
The Tank Master.
Need to make a 20,000-liter water tank? Call Yankang.
They dominate the super-large cetakan tiup market. Their machines are massive. It’s a very specific niche, but they own it.
If you want a machine that prints money without costing a fortune to buy, we should talk.
